Premium Beef Shaami Kabab

Homemade beef shami kabab, ready when you are.

Beef cooked with lentils, mild spices and fresh herbs, then shaped and frozen. Serve with daal chawal, biryani or paratha, or on their own at tea time.

How to cook: No need to thaw. Dip each kabab straight from the freezer in beaten egg, then shallow-fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
