Instructions to Cook Perfectly

Heat a pan until it’s nice and hot then take the shami kababs out of the freezer to defrost,  Sprinkle 1 to 2 table spoon of oil into the pan ( you can skip defrosting wait & put kababs on pan directly, if time is of the essence) and cook on low heat. Flip the kabas for even cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown; finally, place on tissue paper to soak the oil.

How to Defrost or Cook Shami Kebabs from Frozen

To defrost and cook frozen Shami Kebabs, use a microwave for a minute to thaw slightly and bring to room temperature.
Or if time is of the essence,
you can skip the microwave and directly coat eggs and put kababs on hot oil sprinkled pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes while flipping sides until gold brown.

Can I do Egg Coating Before Frying?

Adding egg coating to kabab while frying gives it a better mouth feel and a crispy texture. Eggs coating also prevent the shami kabab from breaking during the fry process. Its just that flipping a patty while coating can be slippery & tricky.

if they are stored in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Can I Use ANY meat variant to Make Shami kabab.

Yes, you can use any meat like chicken thighs breasts, beef chunks/ boti, lamb / Mutton for equally loved results with the right balance of fat.

I ordered these chicken kababs and honestly they are not upto the mark. size is small and very thin. Theres much daal in kababs than chicken and only taste is garam masala. there should be visible shreds of chicken and veggie
